The total area of 106 m2 consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with its own fireplace. Two large bedrooms with bathroom and one bedroom can have separate beds (Twin Beds). There is a little extra space for storage and washing machine. In front as well as at the back of the Villa there are terraces on different levels.
Comfortable Rooms overlooking the Konavle valley
“Lovorika” (Laurel) is the largest bedroom in the house overlooking the Konavle valley and the Adriatic Sea at its distance. White rustic furniture separates two beds and a well-preserved antique “buro” (dresser) perfectly fitted into this comfortable bedroom. This room has a compact bathroom with bath.
“Lavanda” (Lavender) is a beautifully decorated spacious room with double bed and a bathroom. This bedroom overlooks the swimming pool. The furniture is complemented with great grandmother’s old chest, an essential part of the furniture of each home in Konavle. Here the bathroom boasts a large Jacuzzi hydro massage that you can enjoy at your convenience.
Next to the Lavanda bedroom there is a small single room furnished with over one hundred year’s old furniture.
