Swimming Pool, Sun Deck & Barbecue
Many guest enjoy our Villa swimming pool 8.50 x 4.0 m. with a relaxing sun terrace, utility room and toilet facilities. Beside the pool there is a barbecue on the terrace where you can enjoy dining and refreshments, a favourite place of all our visitors. The total property measures 2.500 m2. The building was gradually build between 16th – 19th centuries and renovated and upgraded in 2009.
Spacious Villa Gardens & Beautiful Valley View
The Spacious garden area consists of several terraces at different levels and horticultural landscaped gardens planted with olive trees. Behind the Villa there is a spacious park like forest dominated by a large oak tree and a continuing dense Mediterranean forest of pines and cypresses. Here we have a exclusive “natural” special surprise for you!
The lofty location on the edge of the complex is an old lookout with a view to the whole Konavle area and distant deep southern Adriatic. The viewpoint was once the space for drying herbs (pyrethrum) and the process of removing seeds from plants which ware hidden in a small covered shack on rainy days.
