The villa rental from “Kameni Dvori” embraces a pleasant blend of modern and traditional rural lodging. The holiday villa rental is located in the village “Lovorno“, the countryside region of “Konavle”, Dubrovnik in the south of Croatia. The holiday Villa is surrounded by lush vegetation.
The complex was recently renovated in traditional style and moderately upgraded. The holiday villa has retained its stone and wooden beams, combined with robust fireplace and restored traditional furniture to keep the spirit of passed times, however providing today’s modern technologies, LCD satellite TV, Air Conditioning, Hydro Massage SPA’s, Baths, Swimming Pool, etc. Obviously, all guests may use our Free Wireless Internet available throughout the complex.
Villa Rental Includes; Private Outdoor Swimming Pool, Terrace & BBQ
Many guests enjoy renting our villa because of the swimming pool (8.50 x 4.0 m.), the relaxing sun terrace, utility room and toilet facilities. The total property measures 2.500 m2. The pool area includes a sundeck with several sunbeds, covered and open space with its own bar. A gaming area with table soccer, Picado-darts and sofa for lazy pool time.
Beside the pool, there is a barbecue area with large dining table for 12 adults on a separate terrace where guests can enjoy meals and refreshments. This is one of the favourite places of all our visitors.

Next to the pool, there is a separate double room named “Maslina” (olive) with lots of sunlight and en-suite shower/wc.
Behind the villa there is a spacious park like forest dominated by a large oak tree and a continuing dense Mediterranean forest of pines and cypresses. Here we have a exclusive “natural” special surprise for you! The lofty location on the edge of the complex is an old lookout with a view to the whole Konavle area and distant southern Adriatic sea. The viewpoint was once the space for drying herbs (pyrethrum) and the process of removing seeds from plants which ware hidden in a small covered shack on rainy days.
First Floor – Spacious & Comfortable Villa overlooking Konavle Valley
The villa rental area of 106 m2 consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with its own fireplace. On this floor you will find three rooms. Two large bedrooms with en-suite WC/bathrooms named “Lavanda” & “Lovorika”. The third room is a single named “Dundo“.
Lavanda is a double bedroom with large en-suite WC/Bath tube and view on the swimming pool. Lovorika is a large twin bedroom with wooden white furniture and and WC/Bath tube and garden view.
Dundo is a smaller single room with with century old furniture.

There is a little extra space for storage and washing machine. In front as well as at the back of the Villa there are terraces on different levels. The first floor features are rustic, spacious and luxurious, while the upper floor loft is charmingly simple.
The 2nd Floor Rooms overlook the Pool area
The upper floor loft is connected with the lower external stone staircase, which has a terrace with a lattice.
Total living space of the upper loft floor is 54 m2 and consists; charming lounge with kitchenette.
Double/Twin Room named “Lipa” is a rustic twin bedroom (optionally also as a double) with view on the swimming pool and en-suite WC/Shower.
Double/Twin Room named “Kadulja” is a twin bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and en-suite WC/Shower.
